If you untick this, the claim may stall if the airline refuses — court escalation would not be available.

Our settlement policy: we accept any offer ≥100% of the legal amount; 75–99% only when the case is demonstrably weak; below 75% we always escalate. No decision required from you — this policy operates automatically in your interest.

Read the power of attorney for each passenger and sign by typing your full name and ticking the box. The submit button activates once all adult passengers have signed.

After submission you will receive a confirmation email. No win = nothing to pay.

    File review (within 2 working days) We assess the merits and retrieve the public flight record.

    Claim letter sent We send the formal claim to the airline and monitor the 14-day response deadline.

    Payment and settlement Once the airline pays, we deduct our fee and transfer the balance to your IBAN within 5 working days.
